What We Offer
We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Some owners may just need some sales data to assist them in appealing the assessment on their own. Others may prefer being part of the process by assisting with providing photos of their property. And for those that prefer to just hand off the reigns and let our firm handle everything, we have you covered.

Our Process
Choose Your Level of Service
Make a determination of how involved you want to be in this process. Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, or Top Tier service. We understand that we charge a premium for our service. We do that because we have the most experience in the residential property tax advocacy and get the best results for our clients. We value our time and efforts, and we charge accordingly.
Collaborate Openly
Tell us about your property. Yes, we want the basics such as bedroom and bath count, square footage, improvements that you have made, but we really want to know about the things that can’t be found in the data sources we use. What are things that you feel impact the value of your property? Positive and negative. Every property has a story. Tell it.
Plan with Purpose
This process involves letting go of control. How much of that control is up to you. Just know that we want to represent you to the best of our ability and get you the most tax relief that we can. The best way to do that is by putting the right information in front of the people making the value decision. Photos speak volumes. If we are relying on you to provide, take it seriously and provide us with the photos being requested. If we are responsible for photos, know that we will get what we need.
Execute the Plan
When we deliver, it’s not just a finished product—it’s an estimate of value that is grounded in data and explaining that data to those making the decisions. We are an advocate for you. Our goal is to present data, sales, market analysis, adjustment support, and an estimate of value. Significant time and effort are put in to presenting a compelling case for lowering your property’s value. Most times we are successful, and other times not. For those that are unsuccessful, it is not from a lack of effort.
Let’s Work Together
